Support Our Survivors of Iwo Jima was formed in 2009 by volunteers for the
Iwo Jima Survivors Association, Inc.  The purpose of the Support Our
Survivors of Iwo Jima
is to help the Survivors with their mission to maintain the
National Iwo Jima Memorial Monument and Park, educate others about the
battle and to perpetuate the memory their comrades who fought and died there.

In addition to Supporting the Survivors of Iwo Jima, we also want to honor,
respect and give thanks to all veterans who fought and died in WWII.  Whenever
possible, we wish to offer our support to other veterans who served and fought
to defend the United States of America.

This website is dedicated to the Survivors and those KIA on Iwo Jima island.  It
includes photos of the park, battle, survivors and information about events held
at the park and activities of the
Iwo Jima Survivors Association, Inc.  It is not
meant to contain a comprehensive history of the battle.  There are many other
excellent sites which contain that information and are listed on our
Links page.
We have included other information, articles, photos and video that we found
interesting and thought would be of interest to all veterans.   We hope you enjoy
browsing our pages and visit our
BLOG for all news, stories and article of
interest.  Sign our
Guestbook, join Support our Survivors, post your own
information on our
Facebook page or leave a Message on our Forum if you are
looking for someone or want to talk about any topic related to Iwo Jima, the
battle, etc. Be sure to check out our Links page for
Cool Stuff.
